Full Details

ALUCOPANEL® A2 is composed of two sheets of High Grade 3105 aluminum alloy H16 temper with 0.50 mm thickness on Top (Coated with high quality PVDF paint comes in various finishes such as Solid Colors & Metallic colors ) & bottom (primer coated) that is sandwiched with mineral filled inorganic ingredients as core material, hence ALUCOPANEL® A2 made with this technology have achieved World’s highest reaction to fire classification “Class A2-s1, d0” when tested in accordance to European Standard EN 13501-1, the product is greatest suitable for any height, any building, as A2 classification is mandatory requirement in U.A.E for Super High-rise buildings, High-rise buildings, Malls, Theme Parks, Schools, Hospitals, Assembly as per Latest Edition of U.A.E Fire & Life Safety Guidelines.

Inorganic ingredients of A2 Core neither catches fire nor permit propagation of flame and restrict development of smoke. The core material is bonded with high molecular adhesives; it’s free of voids and air spaces and does not contain foamed insulation materials.

Colours

In addition to our stock range, ALUCOPANEL® A2 can also be colour matched to almost any RAL colour - allowing corporate colours to be matched with ease.

1) Above color samples displayed are for reference only, before ordering please double check the color of actual material.

2) To avoid possible reflection differences, it is imperative to install the panels in the same direction as marked on the protective film.

3) Please order the total requirements for one particular building in a single order, for metallic and solid colors, an optical change of color shade may occur due to the metallic particles of these lacquers.

4) Tolerance in color between batches: ∆E2.0 in accordance to ISO 7724-3 (EN 1396:1996)
